I recently spent Christmas at Old Hall Cottage in Settle, and it was a delightful escape! The cottage is beautifully spacious, and having a hot tub to unwind after exploring the nearby Yorkshire Dales was such a treat. The kitchen was impressively equipped, allowing us to whip up festive meals with ease, and the welcoming wood burner in the lounge filled the space with warmth and charm. Our days were filled with leisurely strolls in the garden and plan-making for cycling adventures in the area-there's something revitalizing about rural scenery that speaks to my marine biologist soul. Plus, we appreciated the complimentary WiFi and ample private parking, which made our stay even more seamless. If you're looking for a cozy retreat with both relaxation and adventure, I wholeheartedly recommend Old Hall Cottage!
